Publish digital file to the arkiv portal.

To publish the contents from asta7 to the portal, the user needs to do the following steps:

1. The code table values need to be imported from the archive-manager
   

   

2. Add restriction on the security_module from the archive-manager
   

   

3. Add a restriction on the ancestor of the digital file. The type of restriction should be Fysisk sperring and the category needs to be Sperret pga. fysisk tilstand
   

   

4. On the fil object, the status should be PUBLISERBAR
   

   

5. After the on the arkiv level, the user needs to put Yes on the Arkivet er restriksjonsvurdert og kan publiseres
   

   

6. Click on the three dot menu icon of from the content list. Then select the publish to portal option
   

   

7. A pop-up modal will appear. Then the user needs to click on the publish button. Then that Archive will be published to the desired arkiv portalen. The user can also remove a published archive similarly by clicking on the remove button.
   

   

8. After doing all this, the user will be able to find the published archive with the digital file from the portal.
